AIMS 13th Review Meeting & 10th Years Anniversary @ Nikko Hotel Bangkok Annual Review Meeting is held where stakeholders of the AIMS Programme are invited to share updates and further develop the Programme. In 2019, the AIMS Programme celebrates its 10th Anniversary which held in conjunction with the 13th Annual Review Meeting of the AIMS Programme on 11-13 November 2019 at the Hotel Nikko in Bangkok Thailand. These two events will be co-hosted by SEAMEO RIHED and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), Thailand. A programme where all stakeholders come together to report on the Programme progress and collectively discuss challenges and solutions that help to continuously develop the Programme's operation. This Review Meeting will celebrate a significant milestone as the AIMS Programme welcome its 9th AIMS Member Country: Singapore! From UPM there are 4 representative attending the meeting, they are Prof Dr Zainal Abidin Talib, Dr. Norakmar, Mrs. Fairuz Muchtar Bawaze’er and Miss Nadia Zawani Hussin. On day 1 the programmes includes AIMS Student Speech Contest, announcing the Winner of Speech Contest and Award Presentation. While day-2 the programme begin with keynote Address by Prof. Dr. Supachai Yavaprabhas, Former Centre Director of SEAMEO RIHED, overall Report by Member Countries: National Development Plan and Progress, panel Discussion and open Networking Session: By Study Field Through the sessions, UPM delegates to meet IRO’s officer from other nations and able to make new networking and sealed potential projects. The last day of the meeting includes with Mobility Beyond AIMS: Sharing Experience from Other Mobility Schemes, Panel Discussion: Employability - Students Visions and The Future of Work and the programme end in the noon and continued with UMAP International Conference (SEA-HiEd Week). Our mission is to foster the efficiency, effectiveness and harmonisation of higher education in Southeast Asia through system research, empowerment and the development of mechanisms to facilitate sharing and collaboration in higher education. Annual Review Meeting is held where stakeholders of the AIMS Programme are invited to share updates and further develop the Programme.
