WELCOME TO UPM’S GUEST HOUSE

We wish you have a pleasant stay in UPM’s Guest House, whether it is just for a few days, a few weeks or the whole year!

UPM’s Guest House is managed by the Putra International Centre for the benefit of visitors and mobility students of UPM. Located in UPM Main Serdang Campus and a few minute walk from campus bus stop. Besides that, convenience stor, restaurant, bank and cafe’s are 15 minutes walk away.   

There are two (2) types of accommodation available at the Guest House UPM:

Three (3) furnished bedrooms which can housed five (5) or six (6) people	Two (2) single beds or one (1) queen bed.  (Maximum two (2) pack)

Two (2) bathrooms	Private bathroom
Wireless internet (WiFi)	Wireless internet (WiFi)
Rate: RM 190/day (inclusive 6% GST)	Rate: RM 85/day (inclusive 6% GST)

 

Who can apply?

• Mobility student from abroad who undergo mobility program in UPM (1 day to 1 year).
• Visitors from local/overseas who take a sabbatical/ visit/ research/ seminars etc in UPM (1 day to 3 months).
• UPM's full-time international students,  international staff and UPM employees. A maximum of 7 days depending on the availability of accommodation.

Check-In / Check-Out Time:

Check-in time: 12.00 p.m – 5.00 p.m (Monday  to Friday)

Check-out time: 10.00 a.m – 12.00 p.m (Monday  to Friday)

Closed: Saturday & Sunday (Please contact us for Saturday & Sunday Check-in)

UPM’s Guest House Rules

• No smoking.
• Please remove your shoes on entry.
• No consumption of drugs, alcohol, pork and related products.
• No loud music or noise that may disturb the neighbours.
• Please keep the room clean & tidy.
• Do not remove furniture/eletrical appliances/beddings/kitchenware and others. All items are to remain in the house and all loss/damage is to be reported. You are responsible for any loss or damage to such items, apart from normal wear-and-tear items like light bulbs, etc.
• You are strictly not allowed to do any renovation or alteration to the structure of the house.
