2)   WHAT IS PASS?

Pass means any pass issued under any regulation made the Immigration Act entitling the holder therefore to enter and remain temporarily in Malaysia. Every foreign national who enters Malaysia is required to obtain a pass according to the purpose of the visit.

 

3) WHAT IS VAL?

Visa with Reference (VAL) means a visa issued by the Malaysian Representative Office abroad to a non-citizen to enable individuals to enter Malaysia after the visa is approved by the Immigration Department Headquarters.
