STEP 1 : ONLINE APPLICATION

Student must apply e-VAL trough EMGS website visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my. Application only applicable for UPM Serdang Offer Letter. For UPM Kampus Bintulu please refer to the UPM Kampus Bintulu International Office. Document required to upload :

STEP 3: VERIFICATION DOCUMENT BY EMGS

STEP 4: PROCESS APPLICATION BY IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT

STEP 5: EMAIL DOCUMENT TO I-PUTRA

Student must send all documents in softcopy to i-PUTRA through email visapass_val@upm.edu.my

STEP 6: DOWNLOAD APPROVAL LETTER
|
Once the application reach 35% , student must download EMGS Approval Letter for online registration purpose. | |
STEP 7: DOWNLOAD E-VAL FROM EMGS APPS OR WEBSITE
|
Application approved at 80%. Student must download e-VAL from EMGS Apps or website | |
STEP 8: SINGLE ENTRY VISA (SEV)
|
Student must obtain Single Entry Visa (SEV) at the nearest Malaysian Embassy/ consulate in your home country with the e-VAL. |
