In an endeavour to revamp and enhance the aesthetics of the i-PUTRA office space, a series of transformative projects were initiated under the EKSA program. These efforts sought not only to beautify the indoor and outdoor areas but also to create a more welcoming and functional environment for the students and staff alike.

The discussion on the execution of the project unfolded in a meeting convened by the i-PUTRA EKSA Committee, where discussions centered around brainstorming improvements for both the interior and exterior landscapes of the office was held. This collaborative effort aimed to identify areas that required attention, and areas of improvement that can be implemented.

On the 8th of December 2023, the project sprang to life with a comprehensive spring-cleaning initiative targeting the outdoor spaces. Simultaneously, a team commenced painting selected indoor areas, breathing new life into the office's ambiance.

Continuing the momentum, on the 22nd of December, the focus shifted to outdoor enhancements. The team dedicated efforts to extend the pavement, a strategic move aimed at facilitating easier navigation for both students and staff within the office's outdoor premises. This expansion was a conscious effort to provide improved accessibility, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone frequenting the area.

Ultimately, the efforts under EKSA underscore a commitment to continuous improvement. Beyond merely enhancing the physical infrastructure, these projects symbolize a dedication to cultivating an atmosphere where individuals thrive, fostering a harmonious and collaborative workspace.
